HURT…

Let’s talk about hurt for a second … when you say things like “oh this hurts” .. “I am hurting”

Hurt simply means to cause oain and sometimes it is not a physical injury .. Yes we probably might have hurt someone before unknowingly, not as an intentional act but some do intentionally, especially when they are trying to sell a negative narrative. It can be in different forms and a common one is an emotional hurt, feeling of knowing that someone you once hold in high esteem inflicts some sort of emotional pain and trauma..in this case “KNOWINGLY”

They have constantly gaslighted you , made you feel less of yourself , reducing your self esteem , making you question your sanity, turning people against you…& when you begin to find out the real reason and truths behind their behaviour you start to feel so much hurt deep down in your heart ..

The bible says in Galatians 1:4 We live in an “evil age (and will endure pain and suffering.)

Further more , Revelation 21:4 gives you an eternal perspective, helping you find purpose in the pain. “And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying.

Forgive ! as hard as it sounds , Release them & Let it go. Trade your hurt, pain and sorrow, lay them down, detach yourself from them & let the joy of the Lord rest on you.
